Our private sessions are perfect for athletes seeking focused, personalised coaching to achieve their goals. Whether you’re just starting out, need individual guidance, or want to elevate your performance in another sport, these sessions are tailored specifically for you.

Why Choose a Private Session?

  • Perfect for Beginners: If you're new to training, a private session is the ideal first step. During this session, I’ll teach you the essential warm-up techniques and drills along with correct training etiquette, and expectations to prepare you for our group sessions. Starting with a private session ensures a strong foundation for success.

  • Personalised Programs for All Sports: For athletes specialising in sports such as football, tennis, rugby league or union, hockey, and more, private sessions allow for a fully customised program. We’ll design your training plan from the ground up focusing on your strengths, addressing areas for improvement, and aligning with the specific demands of your sport.

  • Specialised Attention: One-on-one coaching ensures every detail of your technique, fitness, and performance is addressed, giving you the best chance to excel.

Flexible Group Options

Private sessions don’t have to be one-on-one! You can bring up to four other athletes (maximum of five per session) and split the cost for even more value. Whether it’s two, three, or five athletes, the total price remains the same, making this an excellent option for small groups who want personalised attention while benefiting from training together.

Tailored to Fit Your Schedule

We understand that everyone’s schedule is different, which is why we offer flexibility with training times to help accommodate school, work, and other commitments. The majority of our sessions are conducted at the Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre, providing athletes access to world-class facilities.

Our group training sessions currently run between 4:00pm–7:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am–12:00pm on Saturdays. Private sessions are scheduled within these training blocks, allowing athletes to access individual coaching while still benefiting from the training environment.

With multiple coaches now available, we’re able to offer greater flexibility in scheduling and work with you to find a time that fits best with your routine. In the event that Sydney Olympic Park is unavailable, our secondary training location is St Luke’s Oval in Concord.

Pricing

Private sessions are priced at $100, whether it’s one athlete or a group of up to five. Each session includes a fully customised program created to help you achieve peak performance in your sport or athletic pursuits.
