At Next Gen Athletics, our group sessions are designed to help athletes thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment. Training alongside peers not only builds skills and confidence but also fosters a sense of camaraderie that keeps athletes motivated and consistent in their training.

There’s something special about being part of a group — pushing yourself while cheering each other on, celebrating milestones together, and striving for greatness as a team. Our sessions focus on improving speed, technique, and overall performance while ensuring every athlete feels part of a positive and empowering community.

Long & Triple Jump Sessions

While our primary focus is sprint development, we are proud to offer long jump and triple jump coaching as part of our program. These sessions are designed to help athletes refine their technique, develop explosive power, and improve their ability to jump further.

Whether you or your child is new to the long jump or triple jump, or looking to take their performance to the next level, our coaching is tailored to support athletes at every stage of their development. Long and triple jumpers also train alongside our sprint squad, creating the same strong sense of camaraderie and shared purpose that defines our group training environment.

Weekly Training Schedule

Our training locations and times are updated weekly to ensure flexibility, but here’s a typical schedule:

  • Mondays: 5:00–6:00 PM Track, 6:00–7:00 PM Track/Jumps @ Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre

  • Tuesdays: 5:00–6:00 PM Track, 6:00–7:00 PM Jumps @ Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre

  • Wednesdays: 6:00–7:00 PM Track @ Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre

  • Thursdays: 5:00–6:00 PM Track @ Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre

  • Saturdays: 9:00–10:00 AM Track @ Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre

Pricing

Each group session is just $20 per athlete, making it an affordable and valuable investment in you or your child’s athletic and personal development.
